3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Charging the Device

3.2 Helmet Installation

- Mounting the Unit: Securely attach the main unit to the side of your helmet using either the clamp mount (for helmets with a suitable edge) or the adhesive mount (for smooth surfaces). Ensure it is firmly in place.
- Speaker Placement: Position the speakers inside the helmet's ear pockets. Use the provided Velcro pads to secure them. Ensure speakers are aligned with your ears for optimal audio quality.
- Microphone Attachment: Attach the microphone to the inside of the helmet, positioning it close to your mouth but not directly in front to avoid wind noise. Use the boom microphone for open-face helmets and the soft wire microphone for full-face helmets.

4.2 Intercom Communication
The M2 supports a 6-way intercom system, allowing up to six riders to communicate simultaneously over a maximum open distance of 3280 feet (approximately 1000 meters). For one-to-one intercom, the effective range is up to 656 feet (200 meters).
