6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your JXTZ Bluetooth Audio Adapter, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Device Not Powering On:
    • Ensure the Type-C power cable is securely connected to both the adapter and a working USB power source.
    • Verify the USB power adapter or port is supplying power.
    • Try a different power cable or USB power source.
  • Cannot Pair with Bluetooth Device:
    • Ensure the JXTZ adapter is in the correct mode (TX for transmitting, RX for receiving).
    • Place both the adapter and the target Bluetooth device in pairing mode.
    • Keep the devices within the recommended 10-meter (32-foot) range.
    • Clear previous pairing records on both devices and attempt to pair again.
    • Restart both devices.
  • No Sound Output/Input:
    • Check all audio cables (AUX, RCA) for secure connections.
    • Ensure the correct audio input/output is selected on your connected devices (TV, stereo, etc.).
    • Verify the volume levels on all connected devices are not muted or too low.
    • Confirm the JXTZ adapter is in the correct mode (TX for transmitting from source, RX for receiving to output).
    • For U disk playback, ensure the audio files are in a supported format and the U disk is properly inserted.
  • Audio Delay or Poor Sound Quality:
    • Ensure there are no significant obstructions (walls, large metal objects) between the JXTZ adapter and the paired Bluetooth device.
    • Move the devices closer to each other to improve signal strength.
    • Minimize interference from other 2.4GHz wireless devices (Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones).
