4. Getting Started (Setup)

4.1 Charging the Device:

Before first use, fully charge the massager. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the device and a suitable power adapter. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

4.2 Adjusting Fit:

The massager is designed to fit neck circumferences between 12.5 and 16.5 inches. Adjust the straps to ensure a snug but comfortable fit around your neck and shoulders. Proper fit is essential for effective massage.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection:

1. Press and hold the Power/Mode Switch Button to turn the massager on.
2. Short press the Power/Mode Switch Button to cycle through the available massage modes:
   • Wake-up Mode: Gentle massage to prepare muscles.
   • Standard Mode: Regular intensity massage.
   • Soothing Mode: Relaxing and calming massage.
   • Strengthless Mode: Light massage for sensitive areas.
3. To turn off the massager, press and hold the Power/Mode Switch Button again. The device will also automatically shut off after 15 minutes of continuous use.

5.2 Adjusting Massage Force:

Press the Massage Force Button to increase or decrease the intensity of the massage. There are multiple levels of intensity to choose from.

5.3 Using the Heating Function:

1. Press the Hot Compress Button to activate the heating function.
2. Short press the Hot Compress Button repeatedly to cycle through the 4 heating levels:
   • Low: Approximately 95°F (35°C)
   • Medium: Approximately 98.6°F (37°C)
   • High: Approximately 102.2°F (39°C)
   • Higher: Approximately 105.8°F (41°C)
3. To turn off the heating function, cycle through all levels until the heat indicator turns off.

5.4 Voice Mode/Silent Mode:

To switch between voice broadcast mode and silent mode, press and hold the Hot Compress Button for 5 seconds.

• Wearable Style: Use the multi-purpose webbing to secure the massager around your neck and shoulders for hands-free operation.
• Hand-Pull Style: Hold the straps to manually adjust the position and pressure of the massage heads.

6. Care and Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning:

Wipe the massager with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water. Ensure the device is completely dry before storing or recharging.

6.2 Storage:

Store the massager in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Keep it in its original packaging or a protective case to prevent damage.

• Voice prompts are too loud/annoying: Press and hold the Hot Compress Button for 5 seconds to switch to silent mode.
• Heat function not working: Ensure the Hot Compress Button has been pressed and a heat level is selected. Allow a few moments for the metal heads to warm up.
• Discomfort during use: Adjust the position of the massager, reduce the massage intensity, or lower the heat level. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.
