- Pull the crown (B) out to position 2.
- Rotate the crown to set the hour and minute hands to the correct time.
- Push the crown back to position 0.
3.2 Setting the Date
- Pull the crown (B) out to position 1.
- Rotate the crown clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the correct date.
- Push the crown back to position 0.
Note: Avoid setting the date between 9 PM and 3 AM, as this may interfere with the automatic date change mechanism.
3.3 Adjusting the Strap
The leather strap features a standard buckle closure. Adjust the strap length by selecting the appropriate hole for a comfortable and secure fit on your wrist. Ensure the watch is not too tight or too loose.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Chronograph Function
Your OLEVS watch is equipped with a chronograph feature for measuring elapsed time. The sub-dials typically represent seconds, minutes, and a 24-hour indicator.
- Start/Stop: Press button (A) located above the crown to start and stop the chronograph.
- Reset: Press button (C) located below the crown to reset the chronograph hands to zero. Ensure the chronograph is stopped before resetting.
4.2 Luminous Display
The watch hands and markers are coated with a luminous material. For optimal glow in the dark, expose the watch to a strong light source (natural or artificial) for a few minutes. The intensity and duration of the glow will depend on the exposure time and light intensity.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning the Watch
Wipe the watch case and crystal with a soft, dry cloth. For the leather strap, use a slightly damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
5.2 Water Resistance Guidelines
The watch is rated for 30 meters (100 feet) of water resistance. This means it is suitable for daily use, such as hand washing, rain, or accidental splashes. It is not designed for:
- Swimming or diving.
- Showering or bathing, especially with hot water or steam, as temperature changes can affect seals.
- Operating the crown or pushers while the watch is wet or submerged.
Always ensure the crown is fully pushed in to maintain water resistance.
5.3 Strap Care
Leather straps can be affected by moisture, sweat, and direct sunlight. To prolong the life of your leather strap:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water.
- Clean regularly to remove sweat and dirt.
- Allow the strap to air dry if it gets wet.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Watch not running | Battery depleted or crown not pushed in. | Ensure crown is fully pushed in. If still not running, battery replacement may be required by a professional. |
| Date not changing | Date set during restricted hours (9 PM - 3 AM) or incorrect setting. | Reset the date outside of the restricted hours. If issue persists, consult support. |
| Luminous effect is weak | Insufficient exposure to light. | Expose the watch dial to a strong light source for several minutes to charge the luminous material. |
| Water inside watch | Crown/pushers operated underwater or seals compromised. | Immediately take the watch to a professional for inspection and repair to prevent further damage. |
