4. Operation
4.1 Sink Usage
The workstation sink is designed for versatile use. Utilize the integrated ledge with the included bamboo cutting board and roll-up dish drying rack for convenient food preparation and dish drying directly over the sink. The protective bottom grid helps prevent scratches and allows water to drain freely.

4.2 Garbage Disposal Usage
The 1 HP garbage disposal is designed for continuous feed operation. To use, turn on the cold water, then activate the disposal. Feed food waste gradually into the drain opening. Avoid disposing of non-food items, large bones, fibrous materials (e.g., corn husks, celery stalks), or grease down the disposal.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Sink Care
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your stainless steel sink, wipe it with a dry cloth after each use to prevent water spots. For cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals that can scratch or damage the finish. Regularly clean the bottom grid and drain assembly.
5.2 Garbage Disposal Care
Regularly flush the disposal with cold water after use. To clean and remove odors, grind small pieces of citrus peels (lemon, orange) or ice cubes. Avoid pouring grease or oil down the drain, as it can solidify and clog the disposal and pipes.
6. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Water pooling in sink | Improper slope during installation; debris in drain. | Ensure proper leveling during installation. Clear drain of any obstructions. |
| Garbage disposal not turning on | No power; motor overload; jammed impeller. | Check circuit breaker. Press the reset button on the bottom of the disposal. Clear any jams using the provided wrench or by hand (with power off). |
| Unpleasant odor from disposal | Food residue buildup. | Grind citrus peels or ice cubes with cold water. |
| Slow drainage | Partial clog in plumbing or drain assembly. | Remove and clean the drain assembly. Use a plumbing snake if necessary. |
