4. Setup

4.1 Loading Darts

1. Insert one foam dart into the front barrel of the blaster.
2. For additional darts, place them into the internal storage slots located on the top of the blaster.

4.2 Priming the Blaster

1. Locate the priming handle at the rear of the blaster (often green or a distinct color).
2. Pull the priming handle firmly backward until it clicks into place. This action prepares the blaster to fire.
3. Release the priming handle. The blaster is now primed and ready for operation.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Firing the Blaster

1. Ensure the blaster is loaded with a dart and properly primed (refer to Section 4.1 and 4.2).
2. Aim the blaster at your target, ensuring it is not aimed at eyes or face.
3. Pull the trigger to fire the dart.

5.2 Using the Retractable Sword

The blaster features a retractable sword for imaginative play. To extend the sword, pull it out from its stored position. To retract, push it back into the blaster until it locks securely.

5.3 Target Practice with Dino Egg

Set up the included medium dino egg target at a safe distance. Practice your aim by firing darts at the target.

6. Maintenance

Proper care will ensure the longevity and performance of your X-Shot Dino Attack Extinct Blaster.

• Cleaning: Wipe the blaster with a clean, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not submerge in water.
• Dart Care: Use only clean, undamaged X-Shot darts. Damaged darts may affect performance or cause jams.
• Storage: Store the blaster and darts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
• Avoid Modifications: Do not attempt to modify the blaster or darts, as this can impair functionality and safety.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your X-Shot Dino Attack Extinct Blaster, try the following solutions:

• Dart Not Firing:
  • Ensure a dart is fully inserted into the barrel.
  • Verify the blaster is properly primed by pulling the priming handle all the way back until it clicks.
  • Check if the dart is damaged or bent; replace with a new dart if necessary.
• Short Firing Range:
  • Ensure the blaster is fully primed.
  • Check darts for damage or wear. Use only official X-Shot darts for optimal performance.
