4. Setup
The INTERGREAT Rolling Tool Chest is designed for straightforward setup. While the main body is largely pre-assembled, some components may require attachment or configuration.
4.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection
- Carefully remove all packaging materials.
- Inspect the tool chest for any signs of damage during transit. Report any damage to customer support immediately.
- Verify all included components are present: 2 lockable wheels, 2 swivel wheels, 6 hooks, 6 non-slip drawer mats, and keys for the locks.
4.2 Attaching Casters
The four universal casters (wheels) need to be attached to the bottom of the tool cabinet. Two of these casters are lockable.
- Carefully tilt the bottom cabinet to access its underside. It is recommended to have assistance for this step.
- Attach the two lockable casters to the front (handle side) of the cabinet.
- Attach the two swivel casters to the rear of the cabinet.
- Ensure all casters are securely fastened.

4.3 Detaching and Combining Units
The tool chest is designed as a 2-in-1 unit, allowing the top toolbox to be separated from the bottom cabinet or stored within it.
- Separation: To separate the top toolbox from the bottom cabinet, locate and remove the securing bolts (typically 4) from the underside of the top toolbox where it connects to the bottom cabinet. Carefully lift the top toolbox using its side handles.
- Combination: To combine, align the top toolbox with the designated area on the bottom cabinet and secure it with the bolts.
- Internal Storage: The top toolbox can be stored inside the bottom cabinet's main compartment for space-saving or transport. Ensure the bottom cabinet doors are open and the internal shelf is removed if necessary.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Using the Drawers
The tool chest features 8 smooth-gliding drawers of various sizes. Each drawer is equipped with a non-slip liner.
- To open a drawer, gently pull the handle.
- To close, push the drawer firmly until it is fully seated.
- Avoid slamming drawers to prevent damage and ensure proper locking.
- Distribute weight evenly within drawers to maintain smooth operation.

5.2 Locking Mechanism
Both the top toolbox and the bottom cabinet have independent locking systems to secure your tools.
- Ensure all drawers and cabinet doors are fully closed before attempting to lock.
- Insert the key into the lock and turn to secure the unit.
- Remove the key after locking to prevent loss.

5.3 Moving the Tool Chest
The rolling tool chest is equipped with universal casters for easy mobility.
- Before moving, ensure all drawers are closed and locked.
- Disengage the brakes on the lockable casters.
- Use the push handle on the bottom cabinet or the side handles on the top toolbox to maneuver the unit.
- When the tool chest is in the desired location, engage the brakes on the lockable casters to secure it.
5.4 Utilizing Additional Storage
- Side Hooks: The 6 external hooks on the side of the cabinet are suitable for hanging frequently used tools or accessories.
- Adjustable Shelf: The shelf within the bottom cabinet can be adjusted to different heights or removed entirely to accommodate larger items.

6. Maintenance
