4. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your pot filler faucet. Follow these steps carefully.
- Prepare the Installation Area: Ensure the water supply is turned off. Identify the desired wall-mount location above your stove, ensuring it is structurally sound and has access to a cold water line with a 1/2'' NPT connection.
- Install the Brass Adapter: The included brass pipe fitting is 2.2 inches long. The short thread side (NPT 1/2) connects to the wall, and the long thread side (G1/2) connects to the faucet. Apply Teflon tape to the threads of the NPT 1/2 side and screw it into the wall water supply.
- Mount the Base: Position the faucet base over the brass adapter. Mark the positions for the expansion screws. Drill holes using an electric drill at the marked points. Insert the Fischer nylon anchors into the drilled holes. Secure the base to the wall using the provided screws.
- Attach the Faucet: Carefully align the faucet with the brass adapter and screw it into place. Use the provided 1.5mm Allen wrench to fasten the pot filler to the flange, ensuring it doesn't wobble or tilt.
- Test for Leaks: Once the faucet is securely installed, slowly turn on the main water supply and check for any leaks around the connections. Tighten any leaking connections as needed.

5. Operation
The ARCORA pot filler faucet is designed for ease of use and convenience in your kitchen.
- Extend the Faucet: Gently pull the faucet arm away from the wall. The double joint swing arms allow for 360-degree rotation and extension up to 21 inches, enabling it to reach all burners on most stove tops.
- Turn On Water Flow: The faucet features two handles. Turn both handles to the 'on' position to start the water flow. This dual-handle design provides an extra layer of control and helps prevent accidental drips.
- Adjust Flow Rate: The faucet comes with a pre-installed 1.8 GPM aerator for a soft, non-splashing stream. An additional 4 GPM aerator is included for faster filling and larger flow requirements. To change the aerator, unscrew the existing one and replace it with the desired aerator.
- Turn Off Water Flow: After filling your pot, turn both handles to the 'off' position to stop the water flow completely.
- Retract the Faucet: Gently fold the faucet arm back against the wall when not in use. This space-saving design keeps your countertop clear.

6. Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will help preserve the finish and functionality of your pot filler faucet.
- Cleaning: Clean the faucet regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can damage the oil rubbed bronze finish.
- Aerator Maintenance: If you notice reduced water flow or an irregular spray pattern, the aerator may be clogged. Unscrew the aerator from the spout and clean any debris or mineral deposits. Rinse thoroughly and reattach.
- Check for Leaks: Periodically inspect all connections for any signs of leaks. Address any leaks promptly to prevent water damage.
