Setup

1. Initial Power On and Windows Setup

Upon first use, connect your Surface Pro 9 to the power supply. Press the power button located on the side of the device. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows 11 Professional setup, including language selection, network connection, and Microsoft account sign-in.

2. Attaching the Surface Pro Signature Mechanical Keyboard

The Surface Pro Signature Mechanical Keyboard attaches magnetically to the bottom edge of your Surface Pro 9. Align the keyboard's magnetic connector with the corresponding port on the tablet until it clicks into place. The keyboard will automatically be recognized by the device.

3. Charging Your Device

Connect the included power supply to the charging port on your Surface Pro 9. A full charge provides up to 15.5 hours of typical device usage.

1. Tablet Mode and Touchscreen Interaction
