Key Features:

Setup Guide

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the unit from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Placement: Place the turntable on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or vibration.
  3. Power Connection: Connect the supplied AC power adapter to the DC IN jack on the back of the unit, then plug the adapter into a standard AC wall outlet (120V AC, 60Hz).
  4. FM Antenna: Extend the FM wire antenna located at the back of the unit for optimal FM radio reception. Position it for best signal.
  5. Protective Cover: Remove any protective covers or ties from the tonearm and stylus before operation.

Operating Instructions

1. Turntable Operation

  1. Select Function: Turn the FUNCTION knob to "PHONO".
  2. Select Speed: Set the speed selector switch (located near the platter) to 33, 45, or 78 RPM, matching the record you intend to play. For 45 RPM records, place the included 45 RPM adapter on the center spindle.
  3. Place Record: Carefully place a record on the turntable platter.
  4. Lift Tonearm: Use the tonearm lift-lever to raise the tonearm.
  5. Position Tonearm: Manually move the tonearm over the desired starting track of the record.
  6. Lower Tonearm: Gently lower the tonearm using the lift-lever. The turntable will begin to rotate and play the record.
  7. Adjust Pitch: Use the PITCH CONTROL knob to fine-tune the playback speed if necessary.
  8. End of Play: When the record finishes, the tonearm will automatically return to its rest position. Use the lift-lever to manually return the tonearm if needed.

2. AM/FM Radio Operation

  1. Select Function: Turn the FUNCTION knob to "FM" or "AM".
  2. Tune Station: Rotate the TUNING knob to select your desired radio station. The large dial scale will indicate the frequency.
  3. Adjust Volume: Use the VOLUME knob to set the listening level.
  4. Improve Reception: For FM, adjust the position of the FM wire antenna. For AM, rotate the entire unit for best reception.

3. Bluetooth (BT) Operation

  1. Select Function: Turn the FUNCTION knob to "BT". The unit will enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing BT indicator.
  2. Enable Bluetooth: On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Pair Device: Select "Studebaker SB6057" (or similar name) from the list of devices. Once paired, the BT indicator will stop flashing and remain solid.
  4. Play Audio: Begin playing audio on your connected device. The sound will be streamed through the turntable's speakers.
  5. Adjust Volume: Control the volume using both your device's volume controls and the unit's VOLUME knob.

4. USB MP3 Playback

  1. Select Function: Turn the FUNCTION knob to "USB".
  2. Insert USB Drive: Insert a USB flash drive containing MP3 audio files into the USB slot on the front panel. The unit will automatically begin playing the first track.
  3. Playback Controls:
    • Play/Pause: Press the e button to pause or resume playback.
    • Skip/Search Forward: Press the d button to skip to the next track. Press and hold to fast-forward within a track.
    • Skip/Search Backward: Press the c button to skip to the previous track. Press and hold to fast-rewind within a track.
    • Repeat: Press the REPEAT button to cycle through repeat modes (e.g., Repeat 1, Repeat All).
  4. Adjust Volume: Use the VOLUME knob to set the listening level.

5. Aux-in Operation

  1. Select Function: Turn the FUNCTION knob to "AUX".
  2. Connect Device: Connect an external audio device (e.g., smartphone, MP3 player) to the AUX IN jack on the front panel using a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).
  3. Play Audio: Begin playing audio on your connected external device.
  4. Adjust Volume: Control the volume using both your external device's volume controls and the unit's VOLUME knob.

6. Headphone Use

For private listening, plug a standard 3.5mm stereo headphone (not included) into the HEADPHONE jack on the front panel. The built-in speakers will be muted automatically.
