4. Setup and Assembly

The Cyrusher XF900 requires some assembly upon arrival. It is recommended to have basic bicycle assembly knowledge or seek professional assistance.

Assembly Steps (General):

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring proper alignment and tightening all bolts securely.
  3. Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, ensuring the disc brake rotor is correctly seated in the caliper and the quick-release or axle nuts are tightened.
  4. Pedal Installation: Identify left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread them into the crank arms (left pedal is reverse threaded) and tighten firmly.
  5. Seat Post and Saddle: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height to your comfort. Secure with the quick-release lever or bolt.
  6. Battery Installation: Insert the battery into its compartment and ensure it clicks securely into place. Use the key to lock it.
  7. Final Checks: Before riding, double-check all bolts, connections, tire pressure, and brake functionality.

The package includes the Electric Bike and its Charger. A multi-function bicycle repair tool and a bicycle pump are also included as accessories.
