Pre-Installation

Rough-in Valve Installation
The shower system uses standard 1/2 NPT tapered threads for connections.

- Install the rough-in valve body (4) into the wall according to standard plumbing practices. Ensure it is level and securely mounted.
- Connect the hot water supply to the 'Hot Water Connector (Female 1/2")' and the cold water supply to the 'Cold Water Connector (Female 1/2")'.
- Connect the shower head pipe to the 'Shower Head Connector (Female 1/2")' and the handheld shower pipe to the 'Handheld Shower Spray Connector (Female 1/2")'.
- Test all connections for leaks before closing the wall.

- Install the shower arm (2) and shower head (3) to the wall outlet. Use Teflon tape on threaded connections.

Operating Instructions
Your BWE Shower System offers two functions: the overhead rain shower and the handheld shower. The system features a pressure balance valve for consistent water temperature.

- Turn On/Off Water: Rotate the main handle (7) to turn the water on or off.
- Adjust Temperature: Rotate the main handle left for hot water ('H') and right for cold water ('C'). The pressure balance valve maintains a consistent temperature once set, protecting against sudden changes in water pressure.
- Select Shower Function: Use the diverter knob (6) to switch between the overhead rain shower head and the handheld shower head.
- Rain Shower Head: The 12-inch square rain shower head utilizes air pressure technology to mix water with air, providing a natural rain experience with a flow rate up to 2.5 GPM. The angle of the rain shower head is adjustable.
