3.1 Control Panel and Ports

- 1. MIC IN: 6.35mm input for connecting the included microphone.
- 2. AUX IN: 3.5mm auxiliary input for connecting external audio devices.
- 3. USB POWER OUT (5V 1A): USB port for charging external devices like smartphones.
- 4. MIC LEVEL: Rotary knob to adjust the microphone volume.
- 5. BASS: Rotary knob to adjust the bass level of the audio output.
- 6. TREBLE: Rotary knob to adjust the treble level of the audio output.

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Speaker
Before first use, fully charge the SoundRover 75 speaker. Connect the included AC power adapter to the AC INPUT port on the rear control panel and plug the other end into a standard wall outlet. The battery indicator on the display will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 10 hours of playtime (4 hours with Bluetooth and LED lights active).
4.2 Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure the speaker is powered on.
- Press the MODE button (if available, otherwise it should default to Bluetooth or cycle through modes until "BT" appears on the display) to select Bluetooth mode. The display will show "BT" and the Bluetooth indicator will flash, indicating it's ready for pairing.
- On your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "SoundRover 75" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator on the speaker will stop flashing and remain solid, and you will hear an audible confirmation.
4.3 Microphone Connection

Plug the microphone cable into the MIC IN port on the rear control panel. Adjust the microphone volume using the MIC LEVEL knob.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
To turn the speaker on or off, use the POWER toggle switch located on the rear control panel.
5.2 Volume Control
Adjust the overall audio output volume using the large VOLUME rotary knob on the rear panel. Use the BASS and TREBLE knobs to fine-tune the sound profile.
5.3 LED Light Modes

Press the LIGHT MODES button on the control panel to cycle through various LED light patterns, including modes that beat, strobe, and pulse to the music. Press and hold the button to turn the lights off or on.
5.4 True Wireless Pairing (TWS)
To pair two Altec Lansing SoundRover 75 speakers for a stereo experience:
- Ensure both SoundRover 75 speakers are powered on and in Bluetooth mode, but not yet connected to any device.
- On one speaker, double-press the ST/PAIR button. The speaker will enter pairing mode and search for another compatible speaker.
- The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, one speaker will act as the master (left channel) and the other as the slave (right channel).
- Now, connect your mobile device to the master speaker via Bluetooth as described in Section 4.2. Audio will play in stereo across both speakers.

5.5 Microphone Usage
After connecting the microphone (Section 4.3), ensure the microphone's ON/OFF switch is set to ON. Speak or sing into the microphone and adjust the MIC LEVEL knob on the speaker's rear panel to control the microphone's volume relative to the music.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish. Avoid getting moisture into any openings.
6.2 Battery Care
- To maximize battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- Charge the speaker regularly, even if not in use, to maintain battery health.
- Store the speaker in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
6.3 Storage
When storing the speaker, ensure it is turned off and disconnected from the power source. Store it in a clean, dry environment away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Utilize the built-in handle and wheels for easy relocation.
