3. Setup
3.1 Inserting SIM Card and Memory Card
The XS11 Mini Smartphone supports one standard memory card slot and one micro memory card slot, which can also be used for a small memory card. To insert your SIM card(s) and/or memory card:
- Locate the SIM/memory card tray on the side of the phone.
- Insert the provided card pin into the small hole next to the tray to eject it.
- Carefully place your SIM card(s) and/or memory card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts are facing down.
- Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
Important Note: Please ensure your SIM card supports 2G GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900 frequencies and 3G WCDMA B1, B5 for network compatibility.
3.2 Initial Power On and Charging
To power on your device for the first time, press and hold the power button located on the side of the phone until the screen lights up. It is recommended to fully charge the device before first use.
- Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator will appear on the screen. Allow the phone to charge until the battery icon shows full.

The XS11 Mini Smartphone features a 2.5-inch touchscreen display. Navigate by tapping, swiping, and pinching. The Android 6.0 operating system provides a familiar interface for most smartphone users.

- Calls: Tap the Phone icon on the home screen, enter the number using the dial pad, and tap the call button.
- Messages: Tap the Messages icon, then tap the new message icon. Enter the recipient's number or select from contacts, type your message, and tap send.
