4. Setup

4.1 Power Supply

The main unit can be powered by either AAA batteries or a DC5V adapter. The outdoor sensor requires batteries.

• Main Unit: Insert 3 x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, observing polarity. Alternatively, connect a DC5V adapter (not included) to the power port.
• Outdoor Sensor: Insert 2 x AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment, observing polarity.

After inserting batteries into both the main unit and the outdoor sensor, the main unit will automatically search for the sensor. Ensure both devices are within close proximity during the initial pairing process. The outdoor temperature and humidity readings should appear on the main unit's display once connected.

The weather station features a clear LCD color display that presents all information at a glance. The display is divided into sections for outdoor temperature/humidity, indoor temperature/humidity, time, date, weather forecast, pressure, and moon phase.

5.2 Setting Time and Date

5.4 Weather Forecast

The weather station predicts weather conditions for the next 12-24 hours based on atmospheric pressure changes. The display shows one of six icons: Sunny, Slightly Cloudy, Cloudy, Rainy, Heavy Rainy, or Snowy.
