Setup
- Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the 3 AAA batteries (included) according to the polarity indicators. Close the compartment securely.
- App Download: Download the 'Renpho Health' app from your device's app store (available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store). You can also scan the QR code below to download the app.

Basic Weighing
- Power On: Place the scale on a flat, hard surface. Press the 'U-TARE' button to turn on the scale.
- Unit Conversion: Press the 'UNIT' button to cycle through the available units: ounces (oz), pounds and ounces (lb:oz), grams (g), milliliters (ml), and fluid ounces (fl.oz). The selected unit will be displayed on the LCD.

- Tare Function: To weigh items in a container, first place the empty container on the scale. Press the 'U-TARE' button to zero out the weight of the container. Then, add your food item to the container to measure its net weight.
