Important Safety Instructions

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons, including the following:

  • A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
  • Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, or any other materials not specifically designed for oven use.
  • Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
  • Do not cover crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven.

Setup and First Use

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and flat surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 4 inches) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it near flammable materials.
  3. Cleaning: Before first use, wipe down the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash the crumb tray and pizza rack with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
  4. Initial Burn-Off: To eliminate any manufacturing odors, operate the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes at the maximum temperature setting (572°F / 300°C). Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process. A slight odor or smoke is normal during initial use.
  5. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the appliance's requirements (110-120V).

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  1. Preheating: Turn the temperature knob to your desired setting and the timer knob to the desired preheating time (e.g., 5-10 minutes). The oven will begin to heat.
  2. Loading Food: Once preheated, carefully slide out the pizza tray/rack using the insulated handle. Place your food item (e.g., pizza) onto the tray.
  3. Cooking: Slide the tray back into the oven. Set the timer knob to the required cooking time. The oven will continue to cook until the timer reaches zero and an alarm sounds.
  4. Removing Food: When cooking is complete, carefully slide out the tray using the insulated handle. Use oven mitts to remove the hot food.
  5. Power Off: Turn the temperature and timer knobs to the "OFF" position and unplug the oven from the power outlet when not in use.
