Setup Instructions
Attaching Your Echo Dot to the Battery Base
Follow these steps to securely attach your Echo Dot to the PlusAcc battery base:
- Ensure your Echo Dot is powered off and unplugged from its original power adapter.
- Align the Echo Dot with the battery base, ensuring the power port on the Echo Dot aligns with the integrated power connector on the base.
- Gently press the Echo Dot into the battery base. You should hear a "click" sound as the two tabs on the base secure the Echo Dot in place.
- Double-check that the Echo Dot is firmly seated and the tabs are engaged to prevent accidental dislodgement.
- Connect the short power cable from the battery base into the power port of the Echo Dot.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the power button on the front of the battery base for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator lights illuminate.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds until the indicator lights turn off.
Charging the Battery Base
To charge the battery base, use the original power adapter that came with your Echo Dot. Plug the adapter into the DC IN port on the back of the battery base, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The indicator lights will show the charging status.
Battery Indicator Lights
The four LED lights on the front of the battery base indicate the remaining battery charge:
- Four Lights: 75% - 100% charge
- Three Lights: 50% - 75% charge
- Two Lights: 25% - 50% charge
- One Light: 0% - 25% charge (recharge soon)
- Flashing Lights: Indicates charging in progress.

Maintenance and Care

Troubleshooting
- Device not powering on:
- Ensure the battery base is charged. Check the indicator lights.
- Confirm the Echo Dot is correctly seated and the internal power cable is connected.
- Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on.
- Battery base not charging:
- Verify that the original Echo Dot power adapter is securely plugged into both the battery base's DC IN port and a working wall outlet.
- Check if the power adapter itself is functioning correctly.
- Echo Dot not receiving power from the base:
- Ensure the battery base is powered on.
- Confirm the small power cable from the base is fully inserted into the Echo Dot's power port.
- Remove and re-seat the Echo Dot in the base to ensure proper connection.
