Setup Instructions

Attaching Your Echo Dot to the Battery Base

Follow these steps to securely attach your Echo Dot to the PlusAcc battery base:

  1. Ensure your Echo Dot is powered off and unplugged from its original power adapter.
  2. Align the Echo Dot with the battery base, ensuring the power port on the Echo Dot aligns with the integrated power connector on the base.
  3. Gently press the Echo Dot into the battery base. You should hear a "click" sound as the two tabs on the base secure the Echo Dot in place.
  4. Double-check that the Echo Dot is firmly seated and the tabs are engaged to prevent accidental dislodgement.
  5. Connect the short power cable from the battery base into the power port of the Echo Dot.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

Charging the Battery Base

To charge the battery base, use the original power adapter that came with your Echo Dot. Plug the adapter into the DC IN port on the back of the battery base, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet. The indicator lights will show the charging status.

Battery Indicator Lights

The four LED lights on the front of the battery base indicate the remaining battery charge:
