1. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage.
- Tempered Glass: This wind guard is constructed from heat-resistant tempered glass. While durable, avoid sudden impacts or extreme temperature changes to prevent breakage.
- Placement Clearance: Maintain a minimum clearance of 2.5 to 3 inches between the fire pit opening and the glass wind guard. Placing the guard too close to the flame may cause excessive heat buildup, potentially damaging the rubber feet or the glass itself.
- Hot Surface: The glass and metal components will become hot during use. Always allow the unit to cool completely before handling.
- Stable Surface: Ensure the fire pit table is on a stable, level surface before placing the wind guard.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the fire pit and wind guard during operation and while cooling.

3. Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Skyflame Fire Pit Wind Guard.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all glass panels, aluminum corner brackets, rubber feet, and screws from the packaging. Inspect all parts for any damage.
- Assemble Brackets: Attach the two-part aluminum corner brackets together using the provided screws and a screwdriver. Ensure they are securely fastened.
- Attach Rubber Feet: Insert the heat-resistant rubber feet into the bottom of the lower corner brackets.
- Connect Glass Panels: Place the glass panels into the assembled corner brackets. Secure each glass panel by tightening the screws on the brackets. Ensure the glass is firmly held but do not overtighten.
- Form the Enclosure: Continue connecting the glass panels to form the rectangular enclosure. Ensure all connections are secure and the structure is stable.

4. Operating Instructions
Once assembled and placed correctly, your wind guard will help maintain a steady flame and enhance the ambiance of your fire pit.
- Flame Stability: The wind guard protects the flames from gusts of wind, ensuring a more consistent and beautiful flame pattern.
- Enhanced Ambiance: The clear tempered glass reflects the flames, creating a captivating visual effect and a cozy atmosphere.
- Safety Barrier: It acts as a protective barrier, reducing the risk of accidental contact with the flames.

5. Maintenance
Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and continued aesthetic appeal of your wind guard.
- Cleaning Glass: Allow the glass to cool completely. Use a soft cloth and a mild glass cleaner to remove any soot or smudges. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could scratch or damage the glass.
- Inspect Components: Periodically check the aluminum corner brackets and screws for tightness. Retighten if necessary. Inspect rubber feet for wear and tear.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, or during harsh weather, it is recommended to carefully remove and store the wind guard in a safe place to prevent damage. To transport, grab the underside of each corner.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your wind guard, refer to the following common solutions:
- Loose Panels: If glass panels feel loose, gently tighten the screws on the aluminum corner brackets. Do not overtighten, as this can stress the glass.
- Unstable Placement: Ensure the fire pit table is level and the wind guard is centered with adequate clearance from the flame. Check that all rubber feet are properly seated.
- Chipped Glass: While tempered glass is durable, minor chips can occur. If a chip is significant or compromises the integrity of the glass, discontinue use and contact customer support for a replacement.
- Screws Jammed: If screws are difficult to insert or remove, ensure they are aligned correctly with the bracket holes. Do not force them.
