2. Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions could result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Electrical Installation: Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with all local and national electrical codes. Ensure the correct voltage (110V) and wattage (5400W) are supplied.
- Grounding: The appliance must be properly grounded to prevent electric shock.
- Water Pressure: Ensure adequate water pressure for proper operation. Refer to specifications for minimum and maximum pressure requirements.
- Water Flow: Do not operate the heater without water flowing through it. This can cause damage to the heating element.
- Temperature Control: Be aware of the water temperature settings to avoid scalding. Test water temperature before use.
- Maintenance: Disconnect power before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
- Children and Pets: Keep children and pets away from the appliance during operation and maintenance.
- Damage: Do not use the appliance if it is damaged or malfunctioning. Contact customer support immediately.
- Water and Electricity Isolation: The design incorporates high-standard forced isolation between hydropower and electrical components, along with multiple safety features like anti-electric wall, high-sensitivity fuse, over-temperature protection, and over-voltage protection (insulation high-voltage 1500V or more).

4. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your water heater. If you are unsure about any step, consult a qualified professional.
4.1 Pre-Installation Checklist
- Verify that the electrical supply matches the heater's requirements (110V, 5400W).
- Ensure the installation location has adequate water pressure and a stable wall surface.
- Turn off the main water supply and electrical power to the installation area.
- Gather necessary tools: drill, screwdriver, wrench, tape measure, pencil.
4.2 Mounting the Unit
- Choose a suitable location on a solid wall, away from direct water spray, ensuring easy access for maintenance.
- Mark the drilling points for the mounting screws using the unit as a template.
- Drill holes and insert wall plugs (if necessary).
- Securely mount the heater unit to the wall using the provided screws.

4.3 Water Connection
- Connect the water inlet pipe to the designated inlet on the heater unit. Ensure a watertight seal using appropriate plumbing tape or sealant.
- Attach the shower hose to the water outlet of the heater unit.
- Connect the shower head to the other end of the shower hose.
- Slowly turn on the main water supply and check for any leaks. Address any leaks before proceeding.
4.4 Electrical Connection
This step must be performed by a qualified electrician.
- Ensure the main electrical power is OFF at the circuit breaker.
- Connect the heater's electrical wires to the dedicated circuit as per local electrical codes. The heater requires a 110V, 5400W supply, typically requiring a 25A circuit breaker and 12 AWG wire (2.5mm²).
- Ensure proper grounding.
- Double-check all connections for security and proper insulation.

5. Operating Instructions
The ALisasin Instant Electric Shower Head Water Heater is designed for simple operation.
- Turn on Water: Before turning on the power, ensure water is flowing through the shower head. This prevents dry heating and damage to the unit.
- Turn on Power: Once water is flowing, turn on the electrical power to the unit at the circuit breaker.
- Adjust Temperature: The unit features 3 adjustable gear settings for temperature. Rotate the control knob on the unit to select your desired heat level (e.g., Low, Medium, High). The water will heat instantly as it flows through the unit.
- Shower: Enjoy instant hot water.
- Turn off: After use, turn off the water flow first, then turn off the electrical power to the unit.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your water heater.
- Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Shower Head Cleaning: Periodically clean the shower head nozzles to remove mineral deposits and ensure consistent water flow. You can typically unscrew the shower head and soak it in a descaling solution or vinegar.
- Scale Prevention: The unit is designed with a patented anhydrous scale design, which minimizes scale buildup as the water is always flowing and typically does not exceed 55°C. However, in areas with very hard water, occasional inspection of the heating element (by a qualified technician) may be beneficial.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the power cord and water connections for any signs of wear, damage, or leaks.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your water heater, refer to the table below for common problems and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No hot water | No power supply; Water flow too low; Heating element failure. | Check circuit breaker; Ensure adequate water flow; Contact customer support. |
| Water not hot enough | Temperature setting too low; Water flow too high; Incoming water too cold. | Adjust temperature setting; Reduce water flow; Allow more time for heating if incoming water is extremely cold. |
| Water leaks from unit | Loose connections; Damaged seals or pipes. | Tighten connections; Inspect and replace damaged parts. Turn off water and power immediately. |
| Unit trips circuit breaker | Overload; Short circuit; Faulty wiring. | Ensure dedicated circuit; Consult a qualified electrician to inspect wiring and unit. |
