3. Setup and Initial Use
3.1 Unpacking and Inspection

3.2 Initial Cleaning

- Close the lid securely.

- Turn the mechanical temperature control knob to the desired temperature (30°C - 110°C).
- Switch the main power switch to 'On'. The red 'Heating' indicator light will illuminate.
- Once the set temperature is reached, the red 'Heating' light may cycle on and off as the appliance maintains the temperature. The orange 'Keep Warm' light will indicate if the keep-warm function is active (if applicable to the selected temperature range).
- After use, switch the main power switch to 'Off' and unplug the appliance. Allow it to cool before cleaning.

4.2 Using as a Preserving Pot

- Prepare your beverage and pour it into the pot.
- Set the desired serving temperature using the control knob.
- Use the cool-touch drain tap to dispense beverages. Ensure the tap is fully closed after each use to prevent leaks.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and hygienic operation of your appliance.
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove the lid and the removable grid. Wash them with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
- Empty any remaining liquid from the pot using the drain tap. The tap can also be disassembled for thorough cleaning if necessary (refer to specific instructions if provided with the tap).
- Clean the interior of the pot with warm soapy water and a soft sponge or brush. The hidden heating element makes cleaning easier. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
