Setup and Assembly

Assembly of your Mimoglad Office Chair is designed to be straightforward and typically takes approximately 20 minutes. All necessary tools are included.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the five-star base until they click securely into place.
2. Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the five-star base. Ensure it is firmly seated.
3. Attach Mechanism Plate to Seat: Align the mechanism plate with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Secure it using the provided screws and the Allen wrench. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Connect Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat (with mechanism) onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Press down firmly to secure.
5. Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the mounting points on the rear of the seat cushion. Secure with the provided screws.
6. Install Headrest: Slide the headrest into the designated slot at the top of the backrest. Adjust to your preferred height.

Operating Instructions and Adjustments

Your Mimoglad Office Chair offers several adjustable features to customize your seating experience for optimal comfort and ergonomic support.

1. Seat Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side, beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever upwards to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever at your desired height.

2. Adjustable Lumbar Support

The lumbar support is designed to contour specifically to your lower back shape, promoting a natural S-curve of the spine. The adjustable mechanism allows you to move the lumbar support up or down by 2 inches to find the perfect position that minimizes strain on your lumbar discs.

3. Adjustable Headrest

The headrest can be adjusted vertically by 1.2 inches to provide optimal neck and head support, preventing you from hunching forward and scrunching your shoulders. This helps maintain proper posture and reduces fatigue.

4. Rocking Function and Recline

Use the recline control lever to engage or disengage the rocking function and adjust the tension device for desired resistance.

5. Flip-Up Armrests
