Setup and Installation Guide

Follow these steps for proper installation of your LED step lights. A low voltage transformer is required and sold separately.

1. Prepare the Surface: Drill two holes on the desired wall or surface where the light will be mounted. Insert the provided anchors into these holes.
2. Wiring: Make all necessary wiring connections. Connect the light's wires to your low voltage power supply using the provided waterproof wire nuts. Ensure proper polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative) for AC/DC systems.
3. Mounting Bracket: Place the mounting bracket against the wall, aligning it with the drilled holes, and secure it with the provided screws.
4. Select Color Temperature: Before fixing the light unit, locate the CCT (Correlated Color Temperature) toggle switch on the back of the light. Select your desired color temperature: 2700K (Soft Warm White), 4000K (Cool White), or 6000K (Day Light).
5. Attach Light Unit: Fix the light unit to the mounting bracket using the attached screws.
6. Complete Installation: Ensure all connections are secure and the light is firmly mounted.

Operating Instructions

Color Temperature Selection

Your CLOUDY BAY LED Step Lights feature a 3-color temperature selectable switch, allowing you to customize the ambiance of your outdoor space.

• 2700K: Soft Warm White, ideal for a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
• 4000K: Cool White, providing a neutral and clear illumination.
• 6000K: Day Light, offering bright and crisp lighting.

To change the color temperature, locate the toggle switch on the back of each light unit. Adjust the switch to your preferred setting before final installation or by carefully accessing the back of the light if already installed.

Increasing Lighting Brightness (Optional)

The step lights provide 30 lumens of output. For increased brightness up to 60 lumens, you can utilize the included reflected sheet.

1. Prepare the Reflected Sheet: Take the included reflected sheet.
2. Remove Blue Tape: Carefully remove the blue protective tape from the reflected sheet.
3. Paste Sheet: Gently paste the reflected sheet into the designated area within the light fixture.

Maintenance

The CLOUDY BAY LED Step Lights are designed for durability and minimal maintenance. They feature a die-cast aluminum housing, making them anti-corrosion and waterproof for outdoor use.

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the light fixtures with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Inspection: Annually inspect wiring and connections for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure waterproof wire nuts remain secure.
• Environmental Considerations: The lights are designed to withstand temperatures from -4°F to 104°F. While weather-resistant, prolonged exposure to extreme conditions or corrosive environments (like heavy salt spray) may affect longevity.
