7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not power on. | Power cord not plugged in; power outlet malfunction; unit switch off. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Test outlet with another device. Turn unit switch to ON position. |
| No or low suction. | Collection bottle not sealed; tubing kinked or blocked; filter clogged; pressure knob set too low. | Check bottle seal. Inspect and clear tubing. Replace filter. Adjust pressure knob to a higher setting. |
| Excessive noise during operation. | Unit not on a stable surface; internal component issue. | Place unit on a flat, stable surface. If noise persists, contact customer support. |
| Liquid overflow in bottle. | Bottle not emptied regularly; overflow protection malfunction. | Empty bottle before it reaches maximum capacity. If overflow protection fails, discontinue use and contact support. |
If troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, do not attempt to repair the unit yourself. Contact qualified service personnel or the manufacturer.
