Setup

1. Wireless 2.4G USB Connection

1. Insert the 2.4G USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer or compatible device.
2. The scanner will automatically connect to the receiver. No driver installation is required.
3. A confirmation sound will indicate successful connection.

2. Wired USB 2.0 Connection

1. Connect one end of the provided USB cable to the scanner's charging port.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your computer or compatible device.
3. The scanner will function as a wired device and charge simultaneously. No driver installation is required.

Operating Instructions

Scanning Modes

The scanner supports three scanning modes, which can be easily switched by scanning specific configuration barcodes (refer to the separate configuration guide for details):

• Manual Scan Mode: Press the trigger button to scan each barcode.
• Automatic Scan Mode: The scanner automatically reads a barcode when it detects one in its scanning field, without needing to press the trigger.
• Continuous Scan Mode: The scanner continuously emits a scanning beam and reads any barcode that passes through it.

Barcode Types

Equipped with an updated CMOS sensor and a 32-bit CPU, the scanner offers superior decoding capabilities. It can accurately read various 1D and 2D barcodes from both paper and digital screens, including:

• 1D Barcodes: EAN-13, UPC-A, Code 39, Code 128, etc.
• 2D Barcodes: QR Code, PDF417, Data Matrix, Maxicode.

The scanner is designed to read deformed, smudged, damaged, blurry, or reflective barcodes.

Maintenance

Battery Charging

The scanner is equipped with a built-in 2600mAh Lithium-polymer rechargeable battery. To charge the scanner, connect it to a power source using the provided USB cable. A full charge provides approximately 20 continuous working days or over 100,000 scans.

Cleaning

Troubleshooting

• Scanner not connecting: Ensure the USB receiver is properly inserted or the USB cable is securely connected. Check if the scanner battery is charged.
• Scanner not reading barcodes:

  • Verify the scanner is in the correct scanning mode (Manual, Automatic, Continuous).
  • Adjust the distance and angle between the scanner and the barcode.
  • Check if the barcode type is supported by the scanner.
• No data transmission: Confirm the scanner is paired with the receiver/device. Test with a different USB port or device.
• Short battery life: Ensure the scanner is fully charged before use. Reduce continuous scanning if not necessary.
