Setup and Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.

    • For chopping/dicing: Select the desired dicer blade (fine or medium). Align the blade insert with the grooves in the main chopper unit and press down firmly until it clicks into place.
    • For slicing/julienning/grating/shredding: The slicer and julienne blades are integrated into the lid. For grating and shredding, select the appropriate insert and place it securely into the designated slot on the lid.
  4. Container Placement: Ensure the clear collection container is securely placed underneath the main chopper unit to catch processed food.

Operating Instructions

Always exercise extreme caution when handling the sharp blades. Use the provided finger guard for safety.

Using the Chopper/Dicer Blades:

  1. Select and insert the desired dicer blade (fine or medium) into the main unit.
  2. Place the collection container underneath.
  3. Cut vegetables or fruits into smaller pieces that fit onto the blade grid.
  4. Place the food item onto the blade.
  5. Align the lid with the main unit and press down firmly and quickly with both hands to push the food through the blades. The chopped food will fall into the container below.

Using the Slicer, Julienne, Grater, and Shredder Blades:

  3. Secure the food item onto the finger guard.
  4. Glide the food item, held by the finger guard, across the blade in a smooth, consistent motion.
  5. Repeat until the desired amount is processed.
