General Safety Precautions:
- This appliance is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains, at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.
- Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the fireplace is left operating and unattended.
- Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug, or after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped, or damaged in any manner.
- Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it will not be tripped over.
- To disconnect the heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This electric fireplace is equipped with an overheating protection feature that automatically shuts off the heater if the temperature exceeds 140°F (60°C). If this occurs, unplug the unit, wait 10 minutes, and then plug it back in.
Electrical Safety:
- This product is for use on 120 Volt, 60 Hz AC circuits. The cord has a plug as shown in the diagram.
- Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
- Ensure the electrical outlet is properly grounded.

3. Setup and Installation
Before Installation:
- Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect the unit and components for any damage. Do not install if damaged.
- Choose a suitable location for installation. Ensure it is away from combustible materials and has access to a grounded 120V outlet.
- Confirm the dimensions of the fireplace for your chosen installation method.

Installation Options:
This fireplace can be installed as a wall-mounted unit or recessed into a wall.
Wall-Mounted Installation:
- Select a wall location that is sturdy and can support the weight of the fireplace.
- Mark the desired height and position for the mounting bracket on the wall. Ensure it is level.
- Drill pilot holes and secure the mounting bracket to the wall using appropriate screws and anchors.
- Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the wall mounting bracket.
- Secure the bottom of the fireplace to the wall using the provided screws to prevent accidental dislodging.
Recessed Installation:
- Construct a framed opening in the wall with precise dimensions to fit the fireplace. Refer to the product dimensions for exact measurements.
- Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit for ventilation and electrical connections.
- Slide the fireplace unit into the framed opening.
- Secure the fireplace to the framing using the provided screws through the designated mounting holes on the sides of the unit.

4. Operating Instructions
The fireplace can be operated using the touch screen controls on the unit or the included remote control.

Basic Operation:
- Power On/Off: Press the Power button on the control panel or remote to turn the unit on or off.
- Heat Function: Press the Heat button to activate the heater. Use the temperature settings to adjust the desired room temperature between 64°F and 82°F. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
- Flame Color: Press the Flame button to cycle through 16 different flame colors.
- Ember Bed Color: Press the Ember Bed button to cycle through 16 different ember bed colors.
- Brightness: Use the Brightness button to adjust the flame and ember bed brightness through 5 levels (L1-L5 for flame, D1-D5 for ember bed).
- Flame Speed: Use the Speed button to adjust the flame movement speed.
- Timer Function: Press the Timer button to set the automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 9 hours. Continue pressing to cycle through options or turn off the timer.
- Mute Mode: Activate mute mode to silence operational sounds.
- Energy Conservation Mode: This mode optimizes energy usage.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Always disconnect the power before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays.
- Clean the air vents regularly with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush to prevent dust buildup.
- The glass panel can be cleaned with a soft cloth and glass cleaner.
Storage:
When not in use, store the fireplace in a dry, dust-free location. If storing for an extended period, it is recommended to cover the unit to protect it from dust.
6. Troubleshooting
