3. Setup

3.1 Charging Station Placement

Place the charging station against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 0.5m to the left and right, and 1.5m in front. This allows the robot to return for charging easily.

3.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the robot vacuum. Connect the AC adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet. Place the robot on the charging station. The indicator light will show charging status.

3.3 App Connection (Lefant APP)

To unlock full smart features, connect your Lefant M213S to the Lefant APP:

1. Download the "Lefant" app from your device's App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).
2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your robot.
3. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network (5GHz is not supported).
4. Follow the app's guidance to connect the robot to your home WiFi network.

3.4 Mopping Module Attachment

For mopping functionality, attach the mop module:

1. Attach the mop pad to the water tank.
2. Open the rubber stopper on the water tank and fill it with water. Close the stopper securely.
3. Align the water tank with the holes on the robot vacuum and attach it firmly.
4. Once mopping is complete, remove the water tank, empty any remaining water, and clean the mop pad.

4. Operating Modes

The Lefant M213S offers multiple cleaning modes and adjustable suction power to suit various cleaning needs.

4.1 Suction Power

Equipped with a brushless motor, the M213S provides powerful suction up to 3200Pa. It features three adjustable suction modes: Silent, Standard, and Powerful. The robot can automatically switch to Powerful mode when detecting carpets.

Choose from 6 cleaning modes via the Lefant APP or remote control (sold separately):

• Bow-shaped Cleaning: Systematic cleaning pattern.

• Edge Cleaning: Cleans along walls and furniture edges.
• Scheduled Cleaning: Set a cleaning schedule.

4.3 Suction and Mopping

The M213S is a hybrid robot vacuum that performs both powerful suction and mopping simultaneously. It effectively removes dust and debris while wiping away dirt and grime from your floors. Note: This model does not include a built-in water tank; mopping is done via an attachable module with disposable sheets.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Emptying the Dustbin

The 500ml dustbin is designed for easy, one-touch disposal. Regularly empty the dustbin to maintain optimal suction performance.

6.2 Cleaning the Mop Pad

After each mopping session, remove the mop pad from the water tank and wash it thoroughly. Allow both the water tank and mop pad to dry completely before storing them for future use.

6.3 General Cleaning Tips

• If the robot is not picking up debris effectively, try increasing the suction power using Spot mode or clean the dustbin and filter.
• Ensure the power switch on the robot's body is ON if it fails to charge.
• Avoid using the robot on thick carpets. It is suitable for thin carpets, tiles, laminate, and hardwood floors.
• Remove cables from the cleaning area to prevent tangling.

• No Suction: Check if the dustbin is full or if the filter is clogged. Clean the dustbin and filter as needed.
• Charging Issues: Verify that the power switch on the robot's body is turned ON. Ensure the charging station is properly connected and free of obstacles.
• Navigation Issues: The robot uses obstacle avoidance sensors. While it cleans effectively, it does not support mapping for specific cleaning areas or no-go zones.
