1. Safety Information

2. Package Contents

3. Setup (Assembly Instructions)

Assembly is required. Follow these steps carefully. It is recommended to assemble with two people, though it can be done by one.

1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Lay them out on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches. Identify each part using the provided parts list and diagrams.
2. Attach Headboard and Footboard to Side Rails: Connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and tools. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.
3. Install Center Support Bar: Attach the center support bar to the designated points on the headboard and footboard. Secure the support legs to the center bar.
4. Place Wooden Slats: Lay the wooden slats across the bed frame, fitting them into the designated slots or attaching them as per the specific design. Ensure the noise-free strips are correctly positioned to prevent squeaking.
5. Final Tightening: Double-check all bolts and screws to ensure they are fully tightened. Do not overtighten.

4. Operating Instructions

This platform bed frame is designed for direct mattress placement, eliminating the need for a box spring.

• Mattress Placement: Place your mattress directly onto the wooden slats. The recommended mattress height is 8 to 12 inches for optimal comfort and headboard visibility.
• Under-Bed Storage: The frame provides 9.8 inches of clearance from the floor, offering ample space for storage boxes or a sweeping robot.

5. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will ensure the longevity and continued performance of your bed frame.

• Cleaning: Wipe the frame and upholstered surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the velvet or metal finish.
• Fastener Checks: Periodically inspect all bolts and screws. Tighten any loose fasteners to maintain stability and prevent squeaking.
