Setup

1. Charging Base Placement

Place the charging base against a wall in an open area, ensuring there are no obstacles within 1 meter (3 feet) to the sides and 1.5 meters (5 feet) in front. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and plug it into a wall outlet.

2. Initial Charging

Place the robot on the charging base. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the base. The robot will automatically begin charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot for at least 6 hours.

3. App Connection and Virtual Map

1. Download the official Cecotec Conga app from your smartphone's app store.
2. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot to your home Wi-Fi network.
3. Once connected, the robot will perform an initial mapping run to create a virtual map of your home. Ensure all doors are open during this process.
4. Use the app to define cleaning areas, restricted zones, and schedule cleaning tasks.

Operating Instructions

Starting a Cleaning Cycle

• Manual Start: Press the power button on the robot or the 'Clean' button in the app to start an automatic cleaning cycle.
• Scheduled Cleaning: Use the app's Room Plan 2.0 feature to set specific cleaning times and modes for different areas.
• Voice Control: If connected to Alexa, use voice commands such as "Alexa, ask Conga to start cleaning."

Maintenance

Dust Tank and Filters

• Empty the dust tank after each use.
• Clean the high-efficiency filters weekly by tapping them gently to remove dust. Do not wash filters with water. Replace filters every 3-6 months depending on usage.

Main Brush (BestFriend Care Silicone Brush)

• Remove the main brush cover and lift out the brush.
• Use the included self-cleaning brush tool to remove hair and debris tangled around the brush.
• Clean the brush bearings. Reinstall the brush and cover.

Side Brushes

• Check side brushes regularly for tangled hair or debris.
• Clean them as needed. If brushes are worn or damaged, replace them.

Mixed Tank and Mop Cloth

• After mopping, empty any remaining water from the mixed tank.
• Remove and wash the mop cloth with water. Allow it to air dry completely before reattaching.
