3. Setup
The 1Zpresso JX-Pro-S grinder typically comes pre-assembled. Follow these steps for initial preparation:

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Grind Adjustment
The JX-Pro-S features an external grind adjustment dial for easy and precise control over your grind size.
- Locate the Dial: The grind adjustment dial is located on the top of the grinder, beneath the handle attachment point.
- Adjust Grind Size: Rotate the dial clockwise for a finer grind and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind. Each click represents a 12.5-micron change.

4.2 Grinding Process
- Load Beans: Remove the handle and open the top lid. Pour your desired amount of whole coffee beans into the hopper. The JX-Pro-S has a capacity of approximately 35g.
- Attach Handle: Place the handle back onto the shaft.
- Grind: Hold the grinder body firmly and rotate the handle clockwise to begin grinding. Continue until all beans have passed through the burrs and into the catch cup.
- Retrieve Grounds: Unscrew the catch cup from the bottom of the grinder to access your freshly ground coffee.

5. Maintenance

- Disassembly: The JX-Pro-S can be easily disassembled without tools. Unscrew the catch cup, then remove the handle and the top adjustment dial. The burr assembly can then be carefully removed.
