1. Introduction and Overview

The Disney Lights N' Sounds Princess Activity Ride-on is designed to provide an enchanting and interactive play experience for young children. This foot-to-floor ride-on features engaging lights and sounds, an interactive dashboard, and a steering wheel, encouraging active play and development of motor skills.

This manual provides essential information for the safe and proper use, assembly, and maintenance of your Disney Princess Activity Ride-On.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Adult assembly required. Adult supervision is required at all times during use.

• Recommended for ages 12-36 months.
• Ensure all parts are securely fastened before each use.
• Do not use near stairs, swimming pools, or on sloped surfaces.
• Only use on flat, level surfaces.
• Keep small parts away from children during assembly to prevent choking hazards.
• Batteries should be installed and replaced by an adult. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.

Note: Batteries are not included and must be purchased separately. Refer to the battery compartment for required battery type and quantity.

4. Setup and Assembly

The Disney Princess Activity Ride-On comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps for final setup:

1. Steering Wheel Attachment:

   Align the steering wheel with the steering column on the main body of the ride-on. Push down firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely attached and rotates freely.

2. Battery Installation:

   Locate the battery compartment, typically on the dashboard or under the seat. Using a screwdriver, open the compartment. Insert the required batteries (e.g., AA or AAA, refer to product labeling) ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.

3. Handle Attachment (if separate):

   If the rear push handle is separate, insert it into the designated slot at the back of the ride-on. Push down firmly until it locks into position. This handle assists parents or older siblings in pushing the ride-on.

5. Operating Instructions

Once assembled and batteries are installed, the ride-on is ready for use:

• Riding:

  Children can sit on the seat and use their feet to push the ride-on forward or backward. The low-to-the-ground design allows for easy foot-to-floor action, promoting balance and coordination.

• Steering:

  The steering wheel allows children to control the direction of the ride-on. Encourage them to practice turning left and right to develop steering skills.

• Interactive Dashboard:

  Press the various buttons on the dashboard to activate flashing lights, revving engine sounds, horn sounds, and other fun electronic activities. These features enhance the play experience and stimulate sensory development.

• Push Handle Use:

  For younger children or for parental assistance, use the rear push handle to guide the ride-on. This allows for controlled movement and helps children learn to steer before they can fully propel themselves.

7. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the ride-on with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not immerse in water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Storage: Store the ride-on in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: Remove batteries if the toy will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.
• Inspection: Regularly check for loose parts, damaged components, or excessive wear. Discontinue use if any damage is found and contact customer support.
