- Plumbing: Connect the sink's water supply and drainage. Ensure all connections are watertight to prevent leaks. The sink is equipped with a 90mm sieve waste and an overflow for safety.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Hot Plates
- The mini kitchen is equipped with two electric hot plates.
- To operate, turn the corresponding control knob clockwise to the desired heat setting. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Start with lower settings and gradually increase heat as needed.
- Always use cookware with a flat bottom that matches the size of the hot plate for optimal efficiency and safety.
- After use, turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the "OFF" position. The indicator light will turn off. Allow hot plates to cool completely before cleaning.
5.2 Sink
- The stainless steel sink is designed for general washing and food preparation.
- The 90mm sieve waste helps prevent food particles from entering the drain. Regularly clean the sieve.
- The overflow feature prevents the sink from overflowing if the drain is blocked.
5.3 Refrigerator
- Allow the refrigerator to stand upright for at least 4 hours before plugging it in for the first time. This allows the refrigerant to settle.
- Plug the refrigerator into a dedicated power outlet.
- Adjust the thermostat control inside the refrigerator to the desired cooling level. A medium setting is usually sufficient.
- The refrigerator has a fresh food compartment (74L) and a small freezer compartment (8L).
- Do not overload the refrigerator, as this can impair cooling efficiency.
- Avoid placing hot food directly into the refrigerator.
- Close the refrigerator door promptly after use to maintain temperature.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your mini kitchen.
6.1 General Cleaning
- Always unplug the unit from the power supply before cleaning.
- Wipe down exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage surfaces.
6.2 Sink and Hot Plates
- Clean the stainless steel sink with a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for stainless steel. Rinse thoroughly and dry to prevent water spots.
- Remove any food spills from the hot plates as soon as they have cooled down. Use a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, a specialized hob cleaner may be used, following the product instructions.
- Ensure hot plates are completely dry before reconnecting power.
6.3 Refrigerator
- Defrost the freezer compartment regularly if ice buildup exceeds 5mm. Turn off the refrigerator and remove all contents. Allow ice to melt naturally, then wipe dry.
- Clean the interior of the refrigerator with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly.
- Periodically clean the condenser coils at the back of the refrigerator (if accessible) with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner to maintain efficiency.
