- Position the Band: Place the band in the adjustment tool with the arrow pointing downwards.
- Remove Pins: Use the tool to push the pin out of the link. Repeat for each link you wish to remove.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and smudges. For the stainless steel band, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying.
- Avoid Chemicals: Do not expose the watch to harsh chemicals, solvents, or detergents, as these can damage the case, band, or seals.
- Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes, which can affect its accuracy and water resistance.
- Storage: When not in use, store the watch in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong magnetic fields.
- Battery Replacement: The quartz movement is powered by a battery. When the watch stops or runs erratically, it may be time for a battery replacement. This should be performed by a qualified watch technician.
