3. Setup & Connectivity

Your BOYI TK96 keyboard supports three connectivity modes: Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth 5.0.

3.1 Wired Connection

Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the keyboard's port and the USB-A end to your computer. The keyboard will automatically be recognized and function in wired mode. This mode also charges the internal battery.

3.2 2.4GHz Wireless Connection

  1. Locate the 2.4GHz wireless dongle in the package.
  2. Plug the dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. On the keyboard, press Fn + F to switch to 2.4GHz wireless mode. The keyboard should connect automatically.

3.3 Bluetooth 5.0 Connection

The keyboard supports up to three Bluetooth devices.

  1. On the keyboard, press and hold Fn + Z for 3 seconds to enter Bluetooth pairing mode for the first device slot. The indicator light will flash.
