It offers 3200 starting watts, 1600 running watts, and 4500 peak watts (0.5 sec.), alongside over 300 watts of DC power. The power station can be charged via AC power, DC power, or solar panels (not included), with a combined AC and DC charge time of approximately 4.6 hours.

The unit is expandable, allowing connection of up to 10 stackable expansion batteries (sold separately) for extended run time. It is also parallel-ready, enabling connection with another Champion power station or a ParaLINK-capable traditional inverter to double the output power.

Setup

Unpacking

Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the power station. This ensures optimal battery performance and longevity.

  • AC Charging: Connect the provided AC charge cable to the power station's AC input port and then to a standard 120V AC wall outlet. A full charge takes approximately 9 hours.
  • Solar Charging: Connect compatible solar panels (not included) to the power station using the Easy Connect DC Solar Charge Harness (included). Solar charging takes approximately 9.6 hours.
  • Combined AC + DC Charging: For the fastest charge, use both AC and DC inputs simultaneously. This can achieve a full charge in about 4.6 hours.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

  • To power on the unit, press and hold the main power button for three seconds until the display illuminates.
  • To power off, press and hold the main power button again for three seconds.

Connecting Devices

The power station features a variety of output ports:

  • AC Outlets: Three 120V AC outlets (pure sine wave) for standard household appliances.
  • DC Outlets: A 12V DC automotive-style outlet and a 12V 240W Powerpole port.
  • USB Ports: Four USB ports (two USB-A, two USB-C) for charging mobile devices and laptops.

IntelliGauge Display

The IntelliGauge display provides real-time information about the power station's status, including battery percentage, power input/output, and remaining run time.

LED Light

Expandable Capacity

To extend the power station's run time, you can connect up to 10 additional expansion batteries (sold separately). These batteries stack securely on top of the main unit.

Parallel Operation

For increased power output, the power station is parallel-ready. Use the 201108 Parallel Kit (sold separately) to connect two Champion power stations or a power station with a ParaLINK-capable traditional inverter. This doubles your power and adds a 120V 30A RV outlet (TT-30R) and a 120V 30A locking outlet (L5-30R).

Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your power station.
