Thank you for choosing the iZEEKER 2.5K WiFi Dash Cam. This device is designed to provide reliable video recording of your journeys, enhancing safety and providing crucial evidence in case of incidents. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new dash cam.

The iZEEKER iD240 Dash Cam features a compact design that minimizes obstruction of the driver's view while maintaining vehicle interior aesthetics. It integrates advanced features for comprehensive road monitoring.

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Inserting the Micro-SD Card

1. Locate the Micro-SD card slot on the dash cam.
2. Insert the provided 32GB Micro-SD card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted correctly to avoid damage.

4.2 Mounting the Dash Cam

1. Clean the desired area on your windshield thoroughly. Ensure it is free of dust and grease.
2. Peel off the protective film from the 3M adhesive tape on the dash cam mount.
3. Firmly press the dash cam onto the chosen spot on the windshield, ideally behind the rearview mirror to minimize obstruction. Hold for at least 30 seconds to ensure strong adhesion.

4.3 Power Connection

1. Connect the provided car charger cable to the dash cam's power input port.
2. Plug the other end of the car charger into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
3. Use the included pry tool to neatly tuck the power cable along the edges of your car's interior trim, ensuring it does not interfere with driving.

4.4 App Download and Connection

1. Download the "Viidure" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Turn on the dash cam.
3. On your smartphone, go to WiFi settings and connect to the dash cam's WiFi network. The network name and password can typically be found in the dash cam's settings or on the device itself.
4. Open the Viidure app. You should now be able to view live footage, manage settings, and download videos.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Recording (Loop Recording)

The dash cam automatically begins recording when powered on. It utilizes loop recording, which means older videos are automatically overwritten when the memory card is full. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention.

5.2 G-Sensor Function

The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden movements or collisions. When activated, it automatically locks and saves the current video segment to a separate folder, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. This feature is crucial for preserving accident footage.

• The G-Sensor sensitivity can be adjusted via the app or device settings.
• Videos locked by the G-Sensor are stored separately from normal recordings.

5.3 Parking Monitoring (Requires Hardwire Kit)

For 24-hour parking surveillance, a hardwire kit (not included) is required. When installed, the dash cam will detect sudden vibrations while your vehicle is parked and automatically turn on to record and save footage until the event concludes. This feature provides continuous protection for your vehicle.

5.4 WiFi and App Control

The integrated WiFi function allows for real-time viewing, playback, downloading, and sharing of videos directly from your smartphone via the Viidure app.

• View: See live footage from the dash cam on your phone.
• Playback: Review recorded videos directly on your device.
• Download: Save important video clips to your phone's gallery.
• Share: Easily share videos with family, friends, or for insurance claims.
