2. Setup

2.1 Unboxing and Components

Carefully unpack all items from the box. Ensure you have the following components:

• Handset with coiled cord
• Power adapter
• AA batteries (included)
• External antenna

2.2 Inserting SIM Card and Batteries

1. Locate the SIM card slot and battery compartment on the underside or side of the phone.
2. Insert your active GSM SIM card into the designated slot. Ensure it is correctly oriented as indicated by the diagram near the slot.
3. Insert the provided AA batteries into the battery compartment, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
4. Close the SIM card slot cover and battery compartment cover securely.

2.3 Connecting the Antenna and Power

1. Screw the external antenna firmly into the antenna connector port located on the side or back of the phone.
2. Connect the coiled cord from the handset to the corresponding port on the phone base.
3. Plug the power adapter into the power port on the phone (typically a USB-C port as shown in Figure 2.1).
4. Plug the other end of the power adapter into a wall outlet. The phone should power on automatically or require a press of the power button.

3. Operating Instructions
