4. Features

4.1. 5CCT Selectable Color Temperature

Easily adjust the color temperature to suit your preference or room ambiance. A switch on the side of the junction box allows selection between five color temperatures:

• 2700K: Soft White
• 3000K: Warm White
• 3500K: Neutral White
• 4000K: Cool White
• 5000K: Daylight

4.2. Dimmable Functionality

5. Installation Instructions

Follow these steps for a safe and proper installation:

1. Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power supply to the installation area is turned off at the circuit breaker.
2. Cut a Hole: Use the provided 1:1 hole template to mark and cut a 4.35-inch diameter hole in the ceiling. Ensure the hole is clean and smooth.
3. Connect Wiring: Open the junction box cover. Connect the household electrical wires (live, neutral, ground) to the corresponding wires inside the junction box using the provided wire connectors. Ensure connections are secure.
4. Select Color Temperature: Before closing the junction box, use the CCT switch on the side of the box to select your desired color temperature (2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K).
5. Secure Junction Box: Place the junction box into the ceiling opening.
6. Connect Light Panel: Connect the cable from the LED light panel to the junction box.
7. Mount Light: Gently push the spring clips on the LED light panel upwards and insert the light into the ceiling hole. Release the clips to secure the light flush against the ceiling.
8. Restore Power: Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Adjusting Color Temperature (CCT)

The color temperature is set using a switch located on the side of the junction box. This setting must be chosen during installation before the junction box is fully enclosed in the ceiling. To change the CCT after installation, power must be turned off, the light removed, and the switch adjusted.

6.2. Dimming the Light

If connected to a compatible dimmer switch, the brightness of the light can be adjusted from 5% to 100% using the dimmer control. Ensure your dimmer is compatible with LED fixtures.

7. Maintenance

The Amico LED recessed light requires minimal maintenance. To clean, ensure power is off, then gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

8. Troubleshooting

8.1. Light Not Turning On

• Check the circuit breaker to ensure power is supplied to the fixture.
• Verify all wire connections in the junction box are secure.
• Ensure the light panel is properly connected to the junction box.

8.2. Light Blinking or Flickering

• Confirm that the dimmer switch used is compatible with LED lighting. Incompatible dimmers can cause flickering.
• Check for loose wiring connections in the junction box or at the switch.
• If flickering persists, the junction box or light panel may be faulty. Contact customer support.

8.3. Incorrect Color Temperature

• The CCT selection switch on the junction box may be set incorrectly. Power off the fixture, remove it, and adjust the switch to the desired setting.
