2.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the timer.

3.1 Setting the Time (Countdown)

- Rotate the top section of the timer clockwise to increase the time or counter-clockwise to decrease it.
- Rotate slowly for second adjustments and faster for minute adjustments. The timer adjusts in 5-second increments.
- The maximum countdown time is 199 minutes and 55 seconds.
- Once the desired time is set, press the top button briefly to start the countdown.

3.2 Using as a Stopwatch (Countup)

- With the display showing "00:00", press the top button briefly to start the countup.

3.4 Adjusting Volume
The timer offers three volume settings: Loud (80-90dB), Soft (60-75dB), and Mute. A switch on the bottom of the timer allows you to select the desired volume level.
Note: When set to Loud or Soft, the timer will emit a beep sound during time setting. Slide the switch to Mute if silent operation is preferred during setting.
