Setup Instructions

3. Assemble Pump: Ensure the pump is securely placed in its designated compartment within the fountain base. The power cord should exit through the provided channel.
4. Insert Filter: Place the filter cartridge into the filter housing. Ensure it sits flush.
5. Fill with Water: Fill the fountain base with clean water up to the maximum fill line. The water level window on the front of the fountain will help you monitor this.
6. Place Stainless Steel Top: Carefully position the stainless steel top onto the fountain base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
7. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet. The fountain will begin to operate.

Operating Instructions

Once assembled and plugged in, the fountain will immediately begin circulating water. The ZEUS Cascade fountain offers two water flow settings:

• Gentle Flow: By default, the fountain produces a gentle, continuous flow of water over the stainless steel top.
• Bubbling Top: To create a bubbling effect, insert the small accessory provided with the fountain into the central opening of the stainless steel top. This will redirect the water flow to create a bubbling surface.

Monitor the water level regularly using the transparent window on the front of the fountain. Refill with fresh water as needed to ensure the pump remains submerged and operates efficiently.

Cleaning the Fountain

1. Unplug: Always unplug the fountain from the power outlet before cleaning.
2. Disassemble: Remove the stainless steel top and filter cartridge.
3. Clean Top: The stainless steel top is dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash it by hand with mild soap and water, then rinse thoroughly.
4. Clean Base & Pump: Wash the fountain base and pump with mild soap and water. Use a small brush (not included) to clean any hard-to-reach areas, especially around the pump impeller, to remove debris or mineral buildup. Rinse all parts thoroughly to ensure no soap residue remains.
5. Reassemble: Reassemble the fountain once all parts are clean and dry.

Filter Replacement
