Setup
1. SIM Card Installation
- Locate the SIM card slots on the back panel of the router.
- Using the provided SIM adapter kit if necessary, insert your activated SIM card(s) into the SIM1 and/or SIM2 slots. Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly according to the diagram next to the slot.
- Gently push until the SIM card clicks into place.
2. Antenna Connection
- Connect the 4 mobile antennas to the 'MOBILE' connectors.
- Connect the 2 Wi-Fi antennas to the 'WIFI' connectors.
- Connect the 1 GNSS antenna to the 'GPS' connector.
- Ensure all antennas are securely tightened.
3. Power Connection
- Connect the EU PSU to the power input on the router.
- Plug the PSU into a suitable power outlet.
- The router will power on automatically. Wait for the status LEDs to indicate readiness.
4. First Login
- Connect your computer to one of the router's LAN ports using the Ethernet cable, or connect to the default Wi-Fi network (SSID and password usually found on a sticker on the device).
- Open a web browser and navigate to the default IP address: http://192.168.1.1.
- Enter the default login credentials (usually 'admin' for username and the password found on the device sticker).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial configuration, including changing default passwords for security.

Network Connectivity
The RUTX50 supports 5G, 4G (LTE CAT 20), and 3G network technologies. It offers ultra-high cellular speeds up to 3.3 Gbps. The router automatically selects the best available network based on signal strength and configuration.
Dual SIM Functionality
The device features dual SIM slots for uninterrupted communication with auto-failover. If the primary SIM's connection fails, the router can automatically switch to the secondary SIM, ensuring continuous network access.
Wi-Fi Configuration
The RUTX50 provides dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity, supporting up to 150 simultaneous client connections. You can configure Wi-Fi settings, including SSID, password, and security protocols, through the router's web interface.
