4. Setup & Installation
4.1 M.2 SSD Installation
Follow these steps to install an M.2 SSD into your Minisopuru USB C Hub. An M.2 SSD is not included with the hub.
- Using the provided screwdriver, remove the small screw securing the SSD cover plate on the underside of the hub.
- Carefully remove the cover plate.
- Locate the SSD mounting screw inside the enclosure. Use the screwdriver to remove it.
- Insert your M.2 NVMe or SATA SSD into the slot. Ensure it is fully seated.
- Secure the SSD with the mounting screw. Pay attention to the position of the card slot on the panel to ensure proper alignment.
- Apply the thermal pad to the top of the installed SSD. Remove the protective films from both sides of the thermal pad before application.
- Replace the SSD cover plate and secure it with the small screw removed in step 1.

4.2 Connecting the Hub to your iMac
- Place the Minisopuru USB C Hub directly under the stand of your iMac 24-inch. Its design allows for a flush and integrated look.
- Connect the integrated USB-C cable from the hub to an available USB-C port on the back of your iMac.
- Ensure the connection is secure. The hub is now ready for use.

5.1 Using USB Ports

7. Troubleshooting
