3. Package Contents

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your vacuum cleaner before first use:

  1. Attach the Hose: Insert the flexible hose into the air inlet opening on the main vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place. To detach, press the release button and pull.
  2. Connect the Telescopic Tube: Attach the telescopic tube to the handle of the flexible hose. Adjust the length of the telescopic tube by pressing the adjustment button and sliding it to your desired height.
  3. Install the Suction Head: Connect the POWER AIR suction head to the end of the telescopic tube. Ensure it is firmly attached.
  4. Insert Dust Bag (if not pre-installed): Open the dust bag compartment. Insert a new Hygiene Plus dust bag, ensuring it is correctly positioned and sealed. Close the compartment securely.
  5. Power Connection: Extend the power cord from the main unit and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet (220 Volts).

5.1 Powering On and Off

To turn the vacuum cleaner on, press the power button (usually marked with a circle and a vertical line). Press it again to turn the appliance off.

6. Maintenance and Care

6.1 Dust Bag Replacement

The vacuum cleaner uses Hygiene Plus dust bags with an XXL capacity of 4.5 liters, reducing the frequency of replacements. Replace the dust bag when the dust bag full indicator illuminates or when suction power noticeably decreases.

  1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner from the power outlet.
  2. Open the dust bag compartment.
  3. Carefully remove the full dust bag. The Hygiene Plus bag features an automatic closing flap to prevent dust escape.
  4. Insert a new Hygiene Plus dust bag, ensuring it is correctly seated.
  5. Close the dust bag compartment securely.
