- Unpack the Devices: Remove all M1300 units, power adapters, and the Ethernet cable from the packaging.
- Connect the Main Unit: Choose one M1300 unit to be your main router. Connect your internet modem to one of the Gigabit Ethernet ports on the M1300 unit using the provided Ethernet cable.
- Power On: Connect the power adapter to the main M1300 unit and plug it into a power outlet. Wait for the unit to boot up.
- Install the Cudy App: Download the Cudy app from your smartphone's app store. The app will guide you through the initial setup process, including creating your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
- Place Additional Units: Strategically place additional M1300 units throughout your home to extend coverage. Cudy recommends placing the router at the center of your place, ensuring no more than two wooden or brick walls, or one concrete wall, between it and each room.
- Pair Additional Units: Power on the additional M1300 units. They should automatically connect to the main unit to form a seamless mesh network. You can also use the one-touch pairing button on the back of the units if needed.
