Model: W133399AE

1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your WORKPRO 56" L x 56" W x 77" H Walk-in Greenhouse. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure proper function and longevity of your greenhouse.

The WORKPRO Walk-in Greenhouse is designed to provide a protected environment for plants, featuring a durable metal frame, a thick PE cover, and multiple shelves for plant organization. It includes screen windows for ventilation and a roll-up zipper door for easy access.

2. Safety Information

  • Always assemble the greenhouse on a flat, stable surface.
  • Ensure the greenhouse is securely anchored to the ground using the provided ropes and ground anchors, especially in windy conditions.
  • Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 29 lbs per shelf. Overloading can compromise the structural integrity.
  • Keep children and pets away from the assembly area.
  • Periodically inspect the frame and cover for damage or wear. Replace damaged parts immediately.
  • Avoid placing heavy objects on the top of the greenhouse structure.

3. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present before beginning assembly. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward and does not require special tools. Follow the steps below carefully.

  1. Prepare the Area: Choose a level, sheltered location for your greenhouse. Clear any debris from the area.
  2. Identify Components: Unpack all parts and identify them using the parts list in the manual. Note that tubes and connectors may be identified by shape or length.
  3. Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the shortest metal tubes with the appropriate plastic connectors to form the rectangular base of the greenhouse. Ensure all connections are snug.
  4. Build Vertical Supports: Attach longer vertical tubes to the base frame using connectors. Gradually build up the side and back walls.
  5. Install Shelves: Insert the metal grid shelves into the designated slots on the frame. Secure them with the provided zip ties to prevent movement. Each shelf can hold up to 29 lbs.
  6. Construct the Roof Frame: Assemble the roof section of the frame, ensuring the peak is correctly formed.
  7. Attach the PE Cover: Carefully drape the PE cover over the assembled frame. Ensure the roll-up zipper door is positioned correctly at the front.
  8. Secure the Cover: Use the internal ribbon ties to secure the PE cover to the frame at various points. This helps the cover fit snugly and prevents flapping.
  9. Anchor the Greenhouse: Place the bottom edges of the PE cover on the ground. Use the four ground anchors and ropes (6.5 ft each) to secure the greenhouse firmly to the ground at each corner. This is crucial for stability, especially in windy conditions.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Ventilation

The greenhouse features a front roll-up zipper door and two side mesh windows to facilitate air circulation. Proper ventilation is essential for plant health and temperature regulation.

  • To open the door, unzip it completely and roll it up, securing it with the ribbon ties at the top.
  • To open the side windows, unfasten the hook-and-loop closures and roll them up. The mesh screens will remain in place to protect plants from pests while allowing airflow.
  • Adjust ventilation based on external temperature and humidity to maintain optimal conditions inside the greenhouse.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

  • Clean the PE cover periodically with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that could damage the material.
  • Wipe down the metal frame as needed to prevent dirt buildup.

6.2 Inspection

  • Regularly check all frame connections to ensure they remain tight.
  • Inspect the PE cover for any tears or holes. Small tears can be repaired with appropriate greenhouse repair tape.
  • Verify that ground anchors and ropes are secure, especially after strong winds or heavy rain.

6.3 Seasonal Care

  • In regions with heavy snowfall, clear snow from the roof to prevent structural damage.
  • For long-term storage or relocation, the greenhouse can be disassembled without tools. Store the cover in a dry, shaded area to prolong its lifespan.
