Compatibility
This keyboard case is ONLY compatible with the iPad Mini 6th and 7th generation 8.3-inch models released in 2021 and 2024. Please verify your iPad model number in Settings > General > About. Compatible models include: A2567, A2568, A2569, A2993, A2995, A2996.

Setup Guide
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your HOU Keyboard Case using the provided magnetic charging cable. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours and provides up to 100 hours of uninterrupted use. The power level can be monitored on your iPad screen once connected.

2. Bluetooth Pairing
- Ensure your iPad's Bluetooth is turned on (Settings > Bluetooth).
- On the keyboard, press and hold the power button until the indicator light flashes blue.
- On your iPad, select "HOU Keyboard" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- Once paired, the indicator light will turn off.

3. Attaching Your iPad
The keyboard case features approximately 30 high-strength magnets for stable and secure attachment. Simply align your iPad Mini with the magnetic surface of the case. The strong magnetic function ensures your iPad remains securely in place without falling off.

Operating Instructions
Adjustable Viewing Angles
The high-precision infinitely adjustable shaft provides stable support, allowing you to choose the perfect viewing angle for any scenario, whether on a desk, lap, or bed. The back panel of the case acts as a steplessly adjustable stand, offering flexibility from 0 to 180 degrees.

Automatic Key Lock & Tablet Mode
Utilizing gravity-sensing technology, the keyboard automatically locks in reading and entertainment modes to prevent accidental touches. When the keyboard is folded completely behind the iPad (tablet mode), the keys will automatically deactivate, allowing for comfortable handheld use without unintended input.

Typing Experience & Shortcut Keys
The internal scissor structure of the keyboard ensures a flexible and comfortable typing experience. The large keycaps provide a great typing experience even within the compact space of the iPad Mini. The keyboard also features shortcut keys to increase productivity. Refer to the included Product Instruction Manual for a detailed list of shortcut keys.

Maintenance
Cleaning
The keyboard case is made of semi-silicone fabric, which is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. To clean, gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
Storage
When not in use, fold the case to protect both your iPad and the keyboard. The slim and lightweight design makes it easy to store and carry.
Troubleshooting
Keyboard Not Responding
- Ensure the keyboard is sufficiently charged.
- Verify that Bluetooth is enabled on your iPad and the keyboard is properly paired.
- If the keyboard is folded back in tablet mode, the keys are automatically locked. Unfold the keyboard to activate typing functionality.
- Try restarting both your iPad and the keyboard.
Lost Magnetic Charging Cable
If you have lost your magnetic charging cable, please contact HOU customer support for assistance in obtaining a replacement.
