Setup and Installation
Professional installation by a qualified electrician is recommended for safety and proper functionality.
- Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power to the installation area is completely turned off at the main circuit breaker or fuse box.
- Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
- Prepare Mounting Bracket: Attach the mounting bracket to the junction box in the ceiling using the provided screws. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Adjust Cord Length: The pendant light features an adjustable cord up to 70.87 inches. Determine your desired hanging height. To shorten the cord, push the cord into the ceiling canopy until the desired length is achieved. The excess cord will be stored inside the canopy.
- Wire Connections: Connect the fixture's wires to the corresponding house wires using the provided wire nuts.
- Connect the black wire (live) from the fixture to the black wire (live) from the ceiling.
- Connect the white wire (neutral) from the fixture to the white wire (neutral) from the ceiling.
- Connect the ground wire (bare copper or green) from the fixture to the ground wire from the ceiling.
- Mount Canopy: Carefully push the canopy up to the ceiling, aligning the holes in the canopy with the screws on the mounting bracket. Secure the canopy in place with the decorative nuts.
- Install Bulb: Screw an E26 base bulb (not included, max 60W) into the socket.
- Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

Operating Instructions
The OUKANING Crystal Pendant Light operates via a standard wall switch (not included). Simply toggle the wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.
- Bulb Compatibility: This fixture is compatible with E26 base bulbs, including LED, CFL, incandescent, halogen, and color-changing bulbs, up to a maximum of 60 watts.
- Light Quality: The high-quality crystal components are designed to diffuse light, creating a soft and pleasant illumination while protecting your eyes.
Maintenance
