3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Remove all components from the packaging.
- Inspect the feeder for any damage.

3.2 Power Supply
The feeder supports dual power supply modes: AC adapter and D-cell batteries (not included) for backup.

- Press the 'SET' button to enter programming mode.
- Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' buttons to adjust the meal time (hour and minute).
- Press 'SET' again to confirm the time and move to portion setting.
- Use 'UP' and 'DOWN' to select the number of portions (1-8) for that meal.
- Repeat for each desired meal (up to 6).
- Exit programming mode by holding 'SET' or waiting for the display to time out.
4.2 Recording Voice Messages
Record a 10-second voice message to call your pet at meal times.

- Press and hold the 'REC' button (microphone icon) on the control panel.
- Speak clearly into the microphone for up to 10 seconds.
- Release the 'REC' button to save the recording.
- The recorded message will play automatically before each scheduled meal.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Disconnect the power adapter and remove batteries before cleaning.
- The food bowl and food tank can be removed and hand-washed with mild soap and water.
- Do not immerse the main feeder unit in water. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and refilling with food.
