Important Safety Instructions

Setup and First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials, labels, and inserts from the roaster oven.

Temperature Control Knob
The control knob allows you to select the desired function and temperature:
- OFF: Turns the appliance off.
- KEEP WARM (150°F): Maintains food at a serving temperature. Ideal for keeping dishes warm after cooking.
- DEFROST (250°F): Thaws frozen ingredients efficiently while helping to preserve flavor and nutrients.
- ROAST/HEAT (250°F - 450°F): Use this range for roasting, baking, and heating various foods. Adjust the temperature according to your recipe.
Cooking Process
- Place the food item, such as a turkey or other meats, onto the roasting rack within the removable pan.
- Cover the roaster oven with the self-basting lid.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
